I've been waiting since March and I still haven't gotten help. When I asked for assistance staff would respond once and ghost me for a month then another staff would respond then ghost me AGAIN for a month. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I just want my account back and all y'all do is lie! Then recently all my tickets got closed for no reason! Now I lost all my progress.....#662077 is my new one I made. Just respond to it so I can go on with my life!
