I still wish you guys would fix the online/offline visual

I have mentioned this before, but I think it's incredibly annoying that I cannot set myself in some way that makes me appear completely offline to everyone when I just want to be alone and do things I want to do and IMVU. 

On classic I set myself to "Do Not Disturb", and then even go on the mobile app and turn my "light" off, and yet anybody can see that I'm online just if they have a message with me in their inbox or they look on their friends or follower list. So when I want to be alone, I'm just getting a bevy of messages, and people complaining that I'm not responding, or I tell them I don't want to hang out and then I get drama. 

I should be able to be completely private if I want to. I should be able to sit and look in the shop or work on decorating a room, or even just go hang out and talk to people and not be bombarded with everyone else that so badly wants company that they go out of their mind finding out I'm online and not spending time with them. 

Not to mention this current system still makes it easy for one to stalk someone else. All the stalker has to do is send a message to their potential victim, and even if the victim doesn't respond or decides to block them, they can just keep looking there and see they are online. 

This problem has been out there and months ago I brought it up. Can we please have this fixed? I should be able to show up as completely offline if I want to. It shouldn't be some world where I show up as online in their inbox and friends list and then they click on my profile and it shows me as offline.

I mean, there's even times this place puts me as online when I'm not. I woke up one morning with messages at 4:00 a.m. of people wondering if I was online and why I wasn't responding to them, and I was asleep with my phone in sleep mode. What the hell?
