Certain rooms I try to enter the room freezes up after a few seconds. It is not possible to read messages, messages send but cannot be seen by others, I can't move the camera around or change spots - it's frozen. Reloading the room does not work. Tried private tabs. Internet connection is fast and stable. Tried on different web browsers. The following error is logged to the console when the problem occurs:

Only the IMVU Tech Department can fix such bugs.
You will need to tell the IMVU Tech Department about your problems and that can only be done by filing a help ticket.
Us who use the forum can only offer you advice.
For now the best solution is to use rooms which doesn't freeze up.
