I have products that once purchased were changed to something else in the ctalog.As frustrating as it is when a develeoper has you blocked so you cannot flag that product in question and we cannot get hard earned credits back from that product I make one suggestion.
Once the finished product is in the catalog it cannot be changed for any reason.They will have to use a different mesh to remake the product into something else not just be able to change it.Make them use a different design on a new product instead.Therefor the product that was purchased will remain the product you wanted.
