I have been loggin in daily on pc and my mobile from the 1st of October 2025 to date and still havent got it... how can i receive it ? many thanks in advance for any help lillylove1

It's probably too late to receive that pumpkin pet unless you can convince the staff of IMVU to make an exception by sending you a backlogged gift.
There is probably only one way to find out and it might not be worth the time and effort it will cost you; but feel free to file a help ticket if you wish to pursue this quest.
