If you want help from the staff of IMVU then file a help ticket and be ready to wait the 3 to 5 weeks it usually takes for replies.
Maybe one of your friends has experience using basic troubleshooting to solve the type of problems that sometimes happen on IMVU. Maybe they will even use their time and effort to solve your problems without needing to be paid for it; but don't expect others to work for free.
