The game accuses me of sharing products that violate its terms of service. I told them I didn't do that, I didn't download any products, and my account was hacked and unjustly banned. When I contacted customer service, they said there's no way to recover a permanently disabled account. They permanently ban people without any warning or notice. When we contact them, they say there's no way. I log into the game to enjoy myself and chat with friends around the world, and they've prevented me from doing that. Do you think this is fair? I demand the game amend its permanent ban policy, understand the reason first, and provide a warning before banning.
