How do you fix the problem with under arm & arm folding in ?

If you ever get an Answer about this? - I'd be open to finding this out myself Maybe someone can PM me when this gets an actual solved case, thank you in advance... I don't know the answer myself, but i'm curious if it's a mesh adjustment, or what? But again I am curious what other people come up with? =D
