If you add ap items inside the room. Badge room will show on right top side since it does automatically. I don’t even push that option.

In the room editor there is a panel called Room Access Controls, check off the option: Requires Access Pass. Then at the bottom right side click the yellow save button. Unless the room is set to Requires Access Pass and saved then a room owner can't add Access Pass furniture.
