Hello, @JessicaDream imvu teams are aware of an issue affecting some users who are unable to log in due to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) issues and are actively working on a fix.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing this issue, please contact IMVU Support to update your email address or temporarily remove 2FA to restore access to your account.
