Currently 2FA Security Codes are expired before reaching our E mail.
Currently it takes on average slightly longer than 30 minutes before we receive the AFA Security Codes. Since those codes expire 10 minutes after trying to log into our IMVU accounts then we are currently unable to log into our accounts.
I made this account as a temporary solution until this issue is fixed.
What might solve this is: If IMVU Tech Support changes how long the 2FA Security Codes are active.
Let's hope IMVU Tech becomes aware of this issue and comes up with a temporary solution and then improve on it until it becomes a permanent solution.

Since the waiting time is 3 to 5 weeks for a help ticket response and likewise 3 to 5 weeks for each subsequent reply if there if a back and forth correspondence needed then a help ticket is a last resort option.
I suspect that IMVU Tech workers can fix this issue faster than IMVU Support can respond to any help ticket.

Hello, @Petrazzenka imvu teams are aware of an issue affecting some users who are unable to log in due to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) issues and are actively working on a fix.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing this issue, please contact IMVU Support to update your email address or temporarily remove 2FA to restore access to your account.
