Ich hab ein Problem. Ich bin mit dem Account über email auch verbunden und das problem ich 2faktor eingestellt und die kommen per Email immer sehr sehr später an und nicht sofort. Warum ist das so?

Finally I got my 2FA Code sent before it was expired and I hope everyone else also gets their codes on time.


It sure took them long enough to get the 2FA Code issue fixed. I wonder if we will find out how and why the issue happened and exactly what was done to solve the issue. 


I hope we all get a compensation for the grief and inconvenience.

I have a question: when will the 2FA error be fixed?  

How long will it take? 

Is it so difficult to make updates on an ongoing basis? I would like to add that I have not been able to log into my account for two days. It is not normal that you have not been able to fix this in two days. I do not intend to create another account because support is unable to fix the error.

I made this account as a temporary solution because of the FA Security Codes are expired before reaching our E mail. 


Currently it takes on average slightly longer than 30 minutes before we receive the AFA Security Codes. Since those codes expire 10 minutes after trying to log into our IMVU accounts then we are currently unable to log into our main accounts. 


What might solve this is: If IMVU Tech changes how long the 2FA Security Codes are active.
