It took them long enough to fix the issue.
Finally the 2FA codes are now sent on time.
Will we get an explanation on what caused this and how it was fixed?
Do we deserve a compensation?

Just changed your email.. I used my gmail and it works. Yahoo is not receiving codes

today 11/102025 and yesterday i can't get the 2FA code to my email. from diff account. anyone facing the same problem

I made this account as a temporary solution because of the FA Security Codes are expired before reaching our E mail.
Currently it takes on average slightly longer than 30 minutes before we receive the AFA Security Codes. Since those codes expire 10 minutes after trying to log into our IMVU accounts then we are currently unable to log into our main accounts.
What might solve this is: If IMVU Tech changes how long the 2FA Security Codes are active.
