Following the recent announcement regarding upcoming royalty and payout changes, we want to clarify that not only the proposed 20% royalty cap but all associated royalty and payout updates have been put on hold.
This includes the previously mentioned adjustments to payout timelines, expedited payout options, and the ability for Emerald and Diamond VIP Creators to withdraw above their MASA. For now, payouts will continue to follow the existing 3–5 business day processing timeline.
Please note that on occasion, payments may experience short delays beyond this timeframe, especially during periods of high volume such as the start of a new month. However, our goal remains to process all payouts within 3–5 business days, as before.
