New for 2026: Discover Businesses Through a Featured Room!
This year, we're working on something new to help the community discover and explore participating businesses! Our plan is to create a special room featured on IMVU's Chat Landing page, where visitors can use portals to travel directly to randomly selected participating Showrooms.
We're still developing this feature, but if everything comes together as planned, it will offer another fun way to explore and support small businesses throughout the event.
Because the room will be promoted to the entire community, the portals will link to GA Showrooms only. AP Showrooms are still welcome to participate in Celebrating Small Businesses and will remain discoverable through the event submissions and Gaf210's website.
Creator & Producer Information
This event gives Creators and Producers an opportunity to showcase their products and services, connect with the community, and meet potential customers. Here's how you can participate:
All Creators and Producers are invited to participate in Celebrating Small Businesses.
Set up a Public IMVU Chat Room (Showroom) to display your products or services.
We encourage you to spend time in your Showroom to answer questions and connect with visitors. You can also partner with others to take turns hosting.
Share your participation on your Feed and social media to help spread the word!
Submission Period
Submissions open Thursday, October 29, at 10 AM PT, and close on Wednesday, November 25, at 11:59 PM PT.
Once your Showroom is ready, submit it by replying to this forum thread. There is no limit on submissions, and we'll do our best to provide fair visibility for participating businesses.
For each room submitted, please include:
Host(s) name
Room name and link (please ensure links are active)
GA or AP rating
Type of products or services showcased (e.g., clothing, furniture, edits, events, modeling, promotions)
Additional information about your business (optional)
An image of your Showroom (optional but encouraged)
IMVU Staff and moderators will review all submissions for compliance with IMVU policies. We look forward to seeing the creativity and variety of businesses our community has to offer!

Showroom Setup
Create a Public Room for your Showroom. Follow the Public Room tutorial for IMVU Web and Desktop or the Classic Instructions for IMVU Classic.
To find your Public Room link, visit My Public Rooms and click on your room name to copy its link.
To decorate your room specifically for Celebrating Small Businesses, follow the Web and Desktop Tutorial or the Classic Instructions.
Showroom Submission
