I bought the Age verification pass, but it says that I don't have it but when I look in the passes to purchase it, it says that i already own it and that it is active...I don't know what to do. I've verified by giving my id as proof so why is this bug still happening. Also, i have tried filling out a ticket but it won't allow me because it says that it's only for users that can't log into their accounts.

Hello. You can still make a ticket without log in . It just needs your email to have access for them to contact you . Or log in first before making ticket .
