My friend has a problem, she receives single-use two-step login codes, she can't log in to her account, the code is valid for 10 minutes and they arrive after an hour, so please advise what to do.

It took them long enough to fix this and let's hope it continues working.

I made this account as a temporary solution since my main account is not getting the 2FA security codes on time. The codes take 30 to 40 min to arrive in e mail and they are only valid 10 minutes. My main account is basically locked out.
I managed to contact a few of my friends, the ones who haven't set messages to AP only. I do miss my room, outfits and ability to go to Access Pass rooms.
All we can do is hope IMVU Tech workers fix this issue soon.
