Hello I am trying to get into my account its been 3 days I can't get the code to my account im getting upset and worries

A Lot of Us are Having this Same Issue, All I Ask is that IMVU Remove the 2FA from My Account, I Can't Even get a Descent Response Other Than a Standard Page Regarding Engineers are Working on the Issue.
