Every time I buy something on IMVU, it never arrives, unless I go to the Help page. I shouldn't have to go to the Help page very time I make a purchase. I already verified my identity and my payment method as MINE, and I autherized my payment method "for all future purchases" twice now, but they're still putting my purchases "under review". Fix this website. Stop using AI. Bring back HUMANS.
