I took a break and came back and have not been able to make any kinds of transactions with the same payment methods I’ve always used and I have vip but can’t seem to get in touch with the actual support team. AI assistant doesn’t understand and I don’t see an option for the issue I’m facing. I submitted a help ticket like a month ago and never heard back then received an email that the ticket was closed.
