I been doing peer review since very long time now and always been at 100% accuracy, because i do it
with responsibility and very careful in passing products, I always skip any suspicious product or
product I am not sure about just so i don't vote wrong and don't lose my peer review privilege,
but 6 days ago imvu sent me message that my peer review is taken away and i was surprised why because i was
at 100% accuracy and with no incorrect votes, and when i looked I had 2 products in my incorrect votes which i didn't even review or passor vote for, one of them is a product with red nazi symbol icon, I have came across products with that symbol sooo many times while doing peer review and every time i have skipped it and never even opened it or voted for it, and now imvu is showing a product with that symbol in my incorrect votes which i never passed or reviewed, it seems imvu put incorrect itmes with purpose in peer review history to have an excuse and take away the peer review option from users so they can't earn free credits, how else can you explain that product in my incorrect votes which i always skip and never even open or vote for.
Instead of removing people who do peer review imvu need to ban the creators who are making those products with those symbols, but imvu only removing people from peer reviewing and not stoping the creators, I keep seeing that symbol in peer review all the time.
I have filed a help ticket explaining to imvu all this, but all i had from them is a an AI generated answer saying that i voted for misrated product and my peer review is removed due to that and i am always welcome to do peer review on another account, why would i do peer review on another account I only need one account and need everything on it....IMVU support service is a big pain and disappointment and they never listen to anyone or solve their problems.
Did anyone else who did peer review faced this kind of issue??? if you did please share your bad experience and imvu's failure and 0 management.
The thing is that they are not even trying to listen or understand, I told them that I have always skipped every single product which had that symbol icon and never even opened them so it is impossible that i pass such product even by mistake, and i been across them every time i did peer review in dozens not just once or twice, if i wanted to pass them i would have passed them all not just one, an why would i even pass it when i do it can put me in danger and take away my peer reviewing.
look at the attachment below....that is the creator which is creating products with that nazi symbol, why she is still allowed to create and not disabled ???? but people who are doing peer review are getting punished for it.
Everytime I fail an item in peer review, I always get punished as if I did something wrong and have to submit a help ticket through customer service to get it corrected and gain my pr privileges back. So I just skip products I would normally fail just to not go through the hassle of customer service correcting their mistakes. I don't know if they're using ai or just not training their staff properly on this. I'm sure they have a lot of improper failed votes to correct, just must be a lot for them to make these mistakes so often. I wish there was more support we could give.
