Hello everyone, 


I'm suggesting this topic because I saw that a lot of people has the same issu as me, and I was wondering why it happens and if there was a way to fix it. I have some problems when I try to buy credits. It has been almost 2 weeks by now. A message appear when I try to buy with my credit card as in the document I've attachted.


I saw my payments got canceled while it worked just fine a few weeks ago, and I buy credits with the same card since almost a year and it's the first time that this error occur for such a long time, this error usually doesn't last long; I receive my credits a few days later. But this time after a week there's no sign of credits. 

I even tried to use another payment method, but it just loads in a loop without any progress. 

I wanted to know if there was a way to fix this error please. It's a pain and really inconvenient.
