I have been paying for VIP and my televisions in my rooms stopped working. I reached out to this so called chat service that is suppose to be helpful and it's at all. I have been told since Nov 26th that the engineers have been working on it and still nothing and it is December 11th. They did not offer any compensation at all, so technically I am paying for services that I can not use. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
