The chat isn't working on my account.

Hello IMVU Support,

I’m having an issue where the chat is not loading or connecting on my account. The app opens normally, but I’m unable to use public or private chat.

I’ve checked my internet connection and reinstalled the app, but the issue still happens.

Could you please check if there are any restrictions or problems with my account?
