The more unique individuals there are, the more difficult it is to create gifts that please all of them. Some of the past monthly gifts align more with individuals than others, so I think it would be easier to re-use them as options for VIP members who don't yet have them. Would also lessen the stress of creating multiple new ones each month, and welcome more new vip members, especially those who just want it occasionally instead of always.
I understand that the "once in a lifetime" experience for a vip gifted set has value to some, but comparing that with folks who aren't that interested in gambling to see if this month gift is something they would appreciate.
