Payment confirmation message is not arriving.

Payments made through different phone services were successful; I received a payment confirmation message. However, I am not receiving a payment message on my postpaid line. My line is open for payments and there are no restrictions. I request that the block on my phone number be removed because I switched to a different phone service.

When your phone company is blocking messages from IMVU then you you need to contact the phone company.
