I am a Platinum VIP and usually get a free monthly room. The last room I received was back in November called the Black Friday room. I did not receive a room for December or January.
I wrote up a Customer Service ticket and asked about it. This is the weird response I got back:

What the heck? Is this true and why didn't IMVU make an anouncement to any changes to my VIP Membership?
Are you no longer giving us a free room? I also contacted the Online Chat and they said "Free Rooms are only given during an Event." Which leads me to believe that they don't know what they are talking about or just make things up.
So ADMINS of IMVU, what's the real answer here?

I'm still waiting for February's room. Customer service don't know the answer why I'm not getting it, so they just lie and make things up. They are very frustrating to work with.

I can recall one recent event and that was for the Island Villa VIP room. You had to buy a product and you got the free room. Otherwise, I got a free room for being VIP every month except December and January.
Did you get a room for December and January?

I even didn’t realized that I get rooms on a particular event yes it’s right but I don’t complete any quest, I only receive rooms was Black Friday mall on January.
