No More Free Monthly Rooms For VIP Members? Weird answers from Customer Service

Thank you both for responding. My sister and cousin were both on here and they got me into IMVU. I'm on the teen side and the rooms here are mostly empty shells or black market sex rooms. So, I got into decorating rooms and they became popular, moslty romance. So I spent a lot of time and credits making them look good. 

You are right about the Staff. They gave me a hard time over a single kiss pose, rated GA that they considered too close to being AP. How am I supposed to know that? They are still selling it, but complain and shut 9 of my rooms down if I use it. I bought a different pose and still get closed down, but they claim they can't fix it.   It's so weird and stupid. Meanwhile, they keep the sex rooms open even when people complain. I just don't get it.

Quests are also giving too much promo credits and people buy items with them. So creators sales go down :(

I think their just making up excuses after excuses
for the problems their going through internally...

Most of these companies expect some AI to replace them afterwards,
but when People refuse to support AI?

Because it's best People know what their
spending money on, & not blindly spending it,
& if you want to spend regardless??

This is the worst IMVU has been populated for a single day Online ever...
-- I Went through dozens of chat rooms
-- 93% of them were empty

If that doesn't tell you there is something seriously wrong with the IMVU Staff,

I'm still waiting for February's room. Customer service don't know the answer why I'm not getting it, so they just lie and make things up. They are very frustrating to work with. 

No I didn’t but I got February’s room 

I can recall one recent event and that was for the Island Villa VIP room. You had to buy a product and you got the free room. Otherwise, I got a free room for being VIP every month except December and January.

Did you get a room for December and January?

I even didn’t realized that I get rooms on a particular event yes it’s right but I don’t complete any quest, I only receive rooms was Black Friday mall on January.
