Hello, @Nauqs you have to be patient with imvu support as it does take processing. Can’t rush them . I hope you receive ticket soon .

Hey, it hasn't been 7 days I closed the ticket when I haven't gotten a response cause it was so long && created a new one because this time I am ready && have all my information ready. My ticket number is 753298
