I'm putting this in here to let others know, and maybe perhaps get SOMEONE at Together Labs to understand they have a bug and to stop having their crappy support department try to claim it's a user error.
I used to have a shared room with a marriage package. My then VU wife and I made a nice room, had fun, then years later decided to amicably end our marriage, thus the room was now unshared.
I missed that room, and wanted to make my own version, so I bought the same empty room shell my ex-wife had used.
I opened things up in Classic, and saw all I had put into our room in there. Ok...so I removed it.
Then I opened this room in Desktop, Web, and Mobile, and all her stuff is still there. PLUS...I cannot unlock any of it to remove it. Even the inventory on the side won't load.
THIS IS A BUG.
Don't tell me to make a support ticket. I did that and for 2 weeks I've been back and forth with the team who just keeps reading off their script and telling me it's something I did. They clearly have no interest in helping me, just hoping I give up and move on.
In any case, this is a bug in IMVU. You all can fix it, or ignore it until another sees it. Thanks for nothing.
