Your support team is horrible

I've been back and forth with them on a bug in your system, and clearly their only job is to read off their scripts and keep running in circles hoping we just give up and live with the bugs in your system.


You all need to build support that HELPS US, not just wastes our time.


Remember Dell long ago...they almost went out of business because they did not prioritize support, and they had to learn.


You won't get us to use your new software if it has bugs and you won't fix them, and won't give us support.

& The Way They Handle Their New Product Based Platforms,
It's Obvious Nobody Even Wants To Use The New Platform
They Created...

Simply, Cause Of What Is Going On...

& Because Of That, The Company IMVU Won't Fix The Bugs,
Cause Nobody Uses It...

Soooo, IMVU Staff Quit Supporting It, & Has Fully Jumped Into Other Platforms,
Which Is Now Driving Even More People Away...

It's Becoming: Everything This Company IMVU Touches Needs To Be Nuked From Space, ~____~
Then After Nuking It, We Just Leave, & Walk Out, ~____~
