created collar issues

made a collar on imvu i named it red yellow spiked collar but when i go to put it on in desktop client classic 551.14 i get this product is not 3d and is a bundle error yet it works fine on mobile and other client i need help so i can make it work on desktop as i do not be on much mobile or next any help be appreciated  https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=73877515

The issue could've been avoided or spotted then corrected or dealt with had IMVU Classic been used during some parts of the creation process.


You can attempt to edit the product but unless IMVU Classic is also used during some parts of the creation process then it's highly unlikely that the results will have the desired outcome. 


If there is some extra effect that is needed but only offered if the product is submitted using Studio then try to do as much as you can starting with IMVU Classic then saving the project so it can then be finished using Studio / Beta / NEXT or whatever it's now called.

i thought u could only create inside one part of imvu and i had no idea when u made it in studio u could not go back and redo it but i did new collar now recently on classic alone how could i add in studio and finish all of it as want im confused wat u mean
