Hello dear imvu. I'm archman with email es13511362@ Gmail.com .

My account is recently holded by some security reasons. I loging in from iran. The app is banned in iran. I have to use vpn to use the app. And now I'm texting to you I use vpn too. This is comon for iranian users here. Please give back my account please. I miss for my friends. Ty ty ty.

We understand that some users access IMVU from regions where the app may be restricted and that VPN usage is common in those cases. However, when an account is placed on hold for security reasons, this type of issue cannot be resolved through the Community.

Account holds related to security, login locations, or VPN usage must be reviewed directly by the IMVU Support team. Only they can verify your account, review the security flags, and determine whether the account can be restored.

Please submit a support ticket as soon as possible and explain:

That you are accessing IMVU from Iran

That VPN usage is required in your region

When the account hold started

Your registered email and avatar name
