when are you going to fix the issue with the new IMVU update were it dose not load your avatar, you cant enter rooms or chats also click on your emails its been few days now an no change or progress on the issue being fixed for lot of people.

I understand how frustrating spam invites can be.

If a user keeps sending unwanted invites, please block them to stop further notifications. You may also report the account if the behavior is excessive.

I have tap notification on my game to where whenever I’m getting notification or spam notifications it won’t let me do anything in my game until the notifications is gone. I keep pressing decline this notification because I don’t wanna be span into a room or a maid feel like I have to join a room to tell them to stop  spamming me i’m not trying to be upset, but I’m trying to enjoy my game. I don’t understand why it’s even allow for somebody to spam somebody 100 times in one minute I feel like it should only allow a person to invite you one time or two times per minute or something because this is absurd. I’m not trying to be angry or trying to be upset, but it’s really messing with my gameplay when I can’t do what I wanna do because I keep getting spam invites I feel like it shouldn’t be allowed for people to spam invite. It should be only one or two invites every minute or every 30 seconds or something it should be some type of timer or something on there to where people cause it is very annoying

We understand how frustrating this is. Issues related to app updates, avatars not loading, and being unable to enter rooms or chats are technical problems that the Community cannot fix directly.

These types of issues need to be addressed by the official IMVU team, as they relate to ongoing updates and maintenance. IMVU usually investigates these problems internally and releases fixes through future updates.

Please make sure you:


Keep the app updated to the latest version

Restart the app/device after updates


If the problem continues, submit a support ticket so the team can track how many users are affected
