Access Pass Plus (AP+) is currently still in beta and is not available to everyone yet. At this time, IMVU is only granting access to selected accounts as part of limited testing.
There is no public application process to request AP+ right now. IMVU is gradually enabling it for specific users while they continue testing the feature.
If AP+ becomes fully available, IMVU will make an official announcement with instructions on how to obtain it.
