We’re aware of an issue affecting IMVU Desktop where clicking “Update Now” in the “Update Available” dialog does not properly restart the app. Instead, the app may close to the background and reopen on the same version without updating.
Our team is actively investigating this behavior.
Workaround
• Try fully closing and restarting the app a few times. In some cases, the update will apply after a restart.
• If the issue persists, please download and install the latest version directly from this page.

Unless It's A Forced Update...
Your Product Gets Worst Each Update, So I Stopped Trying To Be Up To Date On It...
You Got Issues With That, Then You Can Always Not Update, o_____O
