Hello, IMVU support team,

I am contacting you to report a problem with the approval of my products in the catalog. I noticed that my items are taking almost 1 month to be approved, which is far above the normal time.

I would like to understand if there is any specific issue with my account, with the submitted products, or if there is a general delay in the review system.

This delay is directly impacting my activities as a creator, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could check what is happening and guide me on how to resolve or avoid these delays.

If necessary, I can provide product IDs or more information.

Hello! I’m sorry for the delay in your product approval. IMVU has recently updated how Peer Review works. Creators who actively participate in Peer Review are now given priority in the product approval queue. By taking part, you not only help speed up your own approvals but also support the creator community as a whole.
