I have paid for my VIP platinum, the money has been taken and Apple has approved the purchase. There is no pending purchase from my side. Please fix this issue, this has happened to several other users too. If needed I will directly send pictures.

I’ve recently purchased vip, it took a payment out of my account but wasn’t active on my page so when I tried to open up my room it would redirect me to the vip purchase page!

It takes me ages to load chats even though I have had VIP for dog years. It's a recent issue, I'm basically waiting for a non visible ad to end. Support did nothing to help but as usual said to clear cache.
