I’m subscribed to Emerald VIP and the mobile app says I’m not. I went into my App Store on my iPhone and checked my subscriptions and it says I’m subscribed. What’s going on? I’ve tried everything I can think of to see if I can fix the issue, I even removed the app and redownloaded the latest version and it’s still doing the same thing.

I’m struggling with this to with vip platinum they responded but they needed something to fix it I sent them screenshots they haven’t yet responded back to me

@Ashleyellen, as @Emmas has already stated, this is not the case. I have been an Emerald subscriber for a long while. IMVU suddenly did this 2 days before I sent my ticket. It’s weird to be a subscriber for awhile and then one random days you start seeing ads only to find out you’re suddenly somehow according to the app, “Not a subscriber” even though there’s proof/receipts that I am a subscriber.
