Is anyone else experiencing an issue with furniture items not resizing when editing a home? I've been encountering this glitch for the past two weeks. I've confirmed that both the app and my device are fully updated, and I submitted a support ticket two weeks ago, but the issue remains unresolved.
When attempting to resize an object, it immediately resets back to its original size. I'm curious if others are seeing the same behavior.

Thanks for the suggestions. I had already requested that it be escalated almost 2 weeks ago. I initially provided a picture of the issue, but not a video, so I guess I can follow up with a video.

Ask for supervisor to review your ticket and look into bug . If you can maybe like record short video to maybe help them understand

Oh yes, I've gone back and forth with them about it every week. Initially, they were telling me it was because I didn't have the latest app version, but that wasn't true because I do have the latest app version. I also tried all the tricks of uninstalling, etc. I even tried the web version of the app on different browsers. I've been trying to tell them it's a system glitch on their end. I just saw that another user posted a form titled "Decorating Glitch" two days ago, saying they're having the same issue with resizing furniture.

Hi. Yes. I created a ticket on March 7, but as of the reply I received on March 21, they had no update to provide.
