I’m having an issue with vip it’s acting up IMVU saying I have no subscription but it says active in my iPhone settings when I go to look at purchase history on my iPhone

Even After All The Changes Here, In-Which You Don't Need A Subscription At All...

With How They Treat Their Customer Base??

Even With The Privilege Of Having This Ability At All??

I'm Kinda Starting To Question Why I Even Bothered
From The Very Start, & Actually Kinda Wish I Had Just
Stayed As A Default User From The Very Beginning...

It's Not That I Don't Enjoy What I Have Gotten From It,
It's Just That I Signed Up With Suspicious Activity Here,
& I Sorta Should Of Known What I Was Buying When I Joined...

Now That I Have Come To Know??

I'm Just Glad I Didn't Flood The Market,
& Only Paid A Small Sum Of Content Here,
& Have Gotten Most Of Out Of The Service Forwards...

I Would Happily Give Away My Account To Someone
Who Would More Then Willing To Put It For A Use,
But Even Then, I Don't Really Expect Anyone To Get
Better Luck Then I Have Gotten...

They Also Probably Would Just Flag The Thing
As An Account That's Not Supposed To Be Used
That Way Anyways, Soooo, I Won't Even Entertain
The Idea Of Doing That At All...

It Just Is What It Is...

I Miss The Old IMVU, & I Think Many Others Would Agree, Too...

Same! I can not cash out my creator income and my shop is not visible when people search it, only if you go there directly from my profile link. My income dropped dramatically because of this and my VIP is not due until June 16. I have cancelled recurring subscription because I'm just throwing away money this way!

I too cannot access VIP, yet I paid for it on a reoccurring subscription via Apple! Logged two tickets yet no response from support at IMVU. Disappointed in their customer service for paying customers.. :/

I am going through the same problem! Still without a solution. I have already opened two tickets.

This is terrible because it suspends the store.

I used the recurring subscription on Apple and never had a problem, now I did.

No I haven’t I’m waiting to see if an agent will help me with this issue cause this is ridiculous I unsubscribed to it to I’m gonna wait for it to expire it expires April 24th after it expires I’m gonna try buying it again after it expires on the website instead on my phone
