Missing gifts

Well trying to get help from IMVU support is proving useless ..

So I am going to ask here .. how do I find or retrieve a gift from a friend ?

Got a message for IMVU saying my friend sent me a surprise .. but I have received nothing 

What she said she sent me from my wish list is still on my wish list .. so now what?
