Hello! If credits or upgrades were purchased through the IMVU mobile app, any issues related to the purchase must be handled directly with the Google Play Store or the App Store (iTunes), as IMVU does not have control over transactions made through app stores. Purchases made directly on the IMVU website (Next) may temporarily appear as pending orders, which is part of a security measure. You can check for pending orders by accessing the link below: https://www.imvu.com/next/settings/order/
