My account had already gone through a previous suspension related to public photos. After that action, I made efforts to remove the content that could be considered inappropriate. If any image remained, it may have been one of the older images that I did not have time to remove before the suspension was applied again, or it may not have been removed properly due to a system issue or bug.
I want to emphasize that I had no intention of violating the Community Guidelines again.
Additionally, my account currently holds several paid features, including VIP, Access Pass (AP), and Age Verification. Unfortunately, the suspension occurred immediately after I subscribed to these services, which means I was unable to properly access or benefit from the features I paid for.
Because of this, I kindly request that the team review this case again and consider providing a compensation or bonus in Credits for the inconvenience caused and for the time during which I was unable to use the services I had paid for.
I value the IMVU community and I am committed to following the platform’s policies going forward. I will also ensure that all content on my account fully complies with the guidelines.
