I purchased platinum vip but i didn't get that batch and my money debited, I did 2 times and my money debited 2 times , can you please solve the issue respected sir/ma'am.
They won’t fix it, it’s been going on for a whole week, none of us got our money back and they reply wait 5 days but we have been waiting weeks… they are scamming us
