I cant see the shop/ my dms anymore while in a room on mobile is there a reason as to why not anymore? I even deleted the app and redownloaded it. But still nothing fixes it
I cant see the shop/ my dms anymore while in a room on mobile is there a reason as to why not anymore? I even deleted the app and redownloaded it. But still nothing fixes it i really liked being able to do that while afk.
Update on this: Was just told by a chat agent that this issue is due to the lastest update of the app that went into affect yesterday. i don’t understand why vu gives us these things that are really beneficial and then takes them away. PLEASE BRING THIS FEATURE BACK!!!!
Same this issue is happening for me as well! The options at the bottom at the screen are gone with joining a chat room, i’m not able to access my DM’s or Chat. I’ve also followed the uninstall application instructions and are still experiencing this issue!

Lastly, here is the agent telling me there’s nothing they can do about it.
