I have been trying to complete my age verification for over 10 days now, but the issue is still not resolved.
Every time you send me a Yoti verification link, it is already expired when I open it. I try immediately, without VPN, and on different browsers, but it always shows "session expired".
This problem is not on my side, and I am unable to complete verification because of this repeated error.
Please send me a new active link and make sure it is working properly, or manually verify my account if possible.İ have wrote many tickets but it didn't help me , IMVU sent me many new link but still i see this error page.
I would appreciate a faster solution, as this issue has been ongoing for too long.

i have created a ticket but IMVU customer support didn't fix that problem,they sent links but it didn't help,still Yoti app and website keeps showing error ,the ticket didn't help me

Same,its been almost 14 days im having this problem and IMVU don't fix it,since days im in trouble with this stupid Yoti app

I have exactly the same error.
Done all the stuff they said and nothing
