Earn Money Program: Updates to Linked Account Tiers

We’ve made improvements to how linked accounts are handled within the Earn Money Program.
When earnings are linked between accounts, the earning account will now share the Creator tier of the linked account. In addition, recent sellable and sellable product activity across linked accounts will now count toward Creator tier progression. Submission-based categories, such as mesh, texture, and animation points, will continue to apply only to the primary account.
If a linked account already has a higher tier at the time of linking, it will retain that higher tier.
These updates are designed to better support Creators managing multiple accounts and provide more flexibility in how progress is recognized across linked accounts.
