Hey My Name is Teresa Cockrell and I am a diamond VIP. I have been diagnosed with Breast cancer for the second time and i need to stop my subscriptions for a year. I will be using my account but I can't afford to pay for anything at this time. I have notices that there has been a $12.99 and a $19.99 charge every month on my account. The $19.99 is for the Diamond Vip subscription but what is the $12.99? I have to cancel them no matter for a year. When I beat this cancer I will get my Vip back. Cancel any subscription I have for now but not my account. I will be on chatting with friends as long as my health allows. Again I'm sorry I have to cancel the VIP and any other subscription I have but I can't pay it at this. Don't block my account Please.
