Hey.. If they still haven't passed since you have emerald vip you can pass them quicker in the live support chat.. The support team is available Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time.. Just start a chat and tell them you would like to pass some products then they'll ask you for the links or product ids.. They will review and then pass them for you
