Hey, my account is on hold, I activated 2FA and also opened a ticket, but I haven't received any response from support for 4 days. I have owned the account for 7 years and would like to get VIP for the live chat function, but because it is on hold, I can't buy anything in the game, no shop, just nothing, and I also still have some credits lying around.
I'm really close to opening several tickets just to get a response ....

Hello! The IMVU customer support team typically responds within 1–5 days. Please note that adding extra comments to request updates may unintentionally delay your case, as it moves it back in the queue. If more than 5 days have passed without a response, we recommend reaching out to a Community Moderator so your case can be prioritized. Thank you for your patience!

Unfortunately opening multiple tickets for same issue has the effect of confusing the IMVU Staff working with Customer Service.
If you suspect that a ticket has not been processed for some reason like a grammatical error, misspelled word, an improper description of issue or something else then it's better to close ticket before filing a new one.
Also be aware that it can take up to a month to get a response on a help ticket; especially if the account wasn't ever upgraded to a higher tier of VIP.
I suggest you inspect your current ticket to make sure there are no errors and it's written in proper English without slang nor emojis before starting over.
Good luck on getting full access back to your old account.
